Well built mountain road. No throughtraffic. Village description: This centuries old mountain farming area is still worked and you will come acrossold customs at every turn. On the sunny slope you can see old farm houses scattered about; some decorated withpaintings, others still with their original architecture. In the valley the church, council office, shops, inns. Countryside: Sunny mountain valley from west to east lying along the edge of Tuxer Voralpen, colourful meadows, fields. Quiet, green woods above which lead up to the wellloved peaceful and alpine pastures with their 24 alpine huts. This wonderful, unspoilt mountain scenery is surrounded by impressive mountain peaks up to 2884m.
