We advise you to take out insurance in case of cancellation!

Our insurance for the case of cancellation will reimburse you 70% of the rent paid in case you can not take your vacation within one month prior day of arrival because of one of the following events: death, serious accident or sudden serious illness of insured or his dependants such as children, spouses, parents/-in law and financés. In case of premature departure the insurance will pay a compensation of 70% proportional from day of departure. For persons older than 75 years at contract day the insurance is not valid. This form represents a reservation and the client acknowledges to have read the Conditions of Lease and agrees with them. After receipt of the comfirmation I shall pay 30% of the total rent (plus insurance premium) in time to be credited to Pego's account within 14 days and the remainder one month before moving into the home or apartment.
