The following prices are valid for 2 persons, for a child you can either bring your own bed free of charges or a gratis bed will be provided, at the most a cot will cost approx. AS 210,--; L 210,--; DM 30,--; SFR 24,--. We have prices for 2 persons + baby from AS 1.190,--; L 57;--; DM 170,--; SFR 131,--

Booking-fee:
For each booking we charge to the rent a booking fee of AS 290,--, DM 41,--. Euro 21,-

EURO:
Of course, you can settle the rental amount also in EURO from January 1st 1999.

Extra-beds and cots:
can be ordered, if mentioned in the price-list. Price after inquiry. Cot only possible for children until 4 years.

Furnishing:
The houses are individually furnished by the owner so as to be self-contained. Cooking-utensils, crockery, cutlery, sheets, towels, and table-linen are all provided. Should something nevertheless have to be brought with you, these details are supplied on the individual descriptions of the houses. Where there is more than 1 flat, the underlined comments apply to all of them. Hot and cold running water is installed in all accommodations. If this is not so, it is mentioned separately in the individual descriptions. "Hand-Basin" means that hot and cold running water is to be found in the room. Balcony-, garden- and terrace-furniture (deck-chairs, garden benches and -chairs, ets.) are available in most of all accommodations.

Holiday flat or apartment:
If these descriptions are mentioned, this means that several flats are to be found in the house, but often only the owner's apartment (when 1-family house of 2-family house is mentioned).

Holiday-house:
If holiday house, chalet or bungalow is mentioned, this means that you can stay in the house alone with your family or friends.

How to make a reservation:
1. Please, fill in the booking-form and send it to us. Please, give us several possibilities with alternative dates. The form is also  required in the case of telephone reservations.
2. We will confirm one of the desired units by return email or on the phone, corresponding to the order of preference you have given us.
3.  On receipt of our confirmation/rental contract, we kindly ask you to send us a deposit of 30 % of the total amount. 
4. After receipt of the full rent one month before your arrival in Austria, we will promptly send you our rental voucher with the exact address of the keyholder and of your holiday  destination plus a description of the access road.

Inspection of the houses:
The accommodation is inspected by us. We place great importance on giving honest, objective description of the houses and flats. Hence many of our guests have been pleasantly surprised! Concerning the indications of distance, we want to let you know that these are the distances mentioned by the owner of each accommodation when we were for inspection, so it concerns indications which are given approximately.

Insurance cancellation:
We strongly recommend you to take out an insurance in case of a cancellation. Our insurance for the case of cancellation will reimburse you 70% of the rent paid in case you can not take your vacation within one month prior day of arrival because of one of the following events: death, serious accident or sudden serious illness of insured or his dependants such as children, spouses, parents/-in law and financés. In case of premature departure the insurance will pay a compensation of 70% proportional from day of departure. For persons older than 75 years at contract day the insurance is not valid. Length of stay:
The length of stay is in principle one (1) week, over Christmas/New Year certain locations are rented between 10-14 days, exceptions on request. The rent is counted from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions can be made - specially out-of-season - by special arrangement. Guests should arrive as of 4. p.m., and depart as of 9.am. The remaining time is needed for cleaning of the flat. Should if not be possible to keep these times, please let the caretaker know.

Number of rooms:
To be right of each brochure-number of the house, the number of rooms is given in the first line. Bedrooms , living rooms, living-/bedrooms, kitchenette with dining-facilities and common rooms are all counted as "rooms".

Pets:
may only be brought by special arrangement if mentioned in the price-list.

Prices:
The prices are always per week, and whether for the number of persons stated in the prospectus and the price-list, or per person (see price-list). If the price is stated per person or has a basic-price and price for an extra person (additional) the accommodation may be hired for fewer than maximal by being stated within the brochure, even in high-season. A minimum of persons must be paid for. This depends on main-season and low-season (to be seen in the titles within the brochure) and the price in this case can be requested for each accommodation. Larger apartments with per-object-price can be requested for each accommodation. Larger apartments with per-object-price can be hired by fewer persons, too, at much more favourable prices in the low season. It is your advantage to enjoy a large living space at a low price. If there are stated any extra-fees in the price-list, they have to be paid directly to the keyholder. Extra-fees depend on consumption and differ from house. Please note that also the E-heating, or E-warm-water-boiler has to be paid extra, when "Electricity" is mentioned in the price-list as additional charge (exactly read the descriptions of each accommodation). The local tax is a local guest tax and is approx. EURO 1,-- per person/day/normally from 14 years.

Special low-prices offers in the low season:
Large flats offered at attractive low price, for instance. For only 2,3,4, or more persons are reasonably priced in flats for 4,6,8 or more persons offered at a reduced basic-price for less persons plus charge for each further person (add. person = extra fee).
